Q. How can I check on the status of my repair?
A. To check the status of your repair, please call Jewelry Works at 352-333-0301. Please note that most repairs will take at least a week to complete and that it is our policy to call you when your jewelry or watch is ready to be picked up.
If you leave a message after hours, we will contact you the next day. If you reach the answering machine during normal business hours, we are helping a customer and will return your call as soon as possible.
